Confidence is something that gives us power to rule our life in direction that we want.

  2. Start with small steps, confidence can only be built if you succeed, and you are more likely to succeed if you set achievable goals and increase their complexity over time. If you want to do more exercises start with 5 mins walk every second day, then increase 5 mins to 10 mins and every second day to every day and so on.

  3. Dress for success. What we wear and how we look influences our confidence. Get a new blouse to attend important meeting. Go to salon and change your hairstyle. Use professional makeup services to achieve your full potential. Or even as small as getting a new lipstick can be helpful.

  4. Change image of yourself. If you lack confidence because you don't like your image either in photos or in the mirror, try to change that.
