Full payments is required by a date of the booking. If any additional images purchased, payment is required when the order is placed. Payment delays will delay delivery of the images.

Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Photographer does guarantee that the portraits the Client receives meet the highest standards in every respect and works with the Clients to approve designs and custom work before physical orders are placed and final digital edits are made.
Payment of orders is due in full when the order is placed. Prints and products arrive 1-4 weeks after payment is received.

All rates are subject to change at any time.  The price for the services can be locked by paying deposit.
The session fee is paid in advance to secure chosen date. It is non-refundable should it be canceled, but is transferable to another date in the event the Client wish to amend the booking with at least 48 hours notice.

Photographer will ask if Client's images can be shared publicly. The Client can let the Photographer know if he/she would like their images to be private and not shared on any social media or Photographer's website.

The work will be carried out in accordance with above Terms and Conditions. By paying the deposit to the Photographer the Client accepts Terms and Conditions. Work beyond the scope of purchased services, will be variation to the amount quoted prior to the photoshoot and will be reflected in the final invoice.

Refund Policy

Karolina Ferbei Photography (Photographer) takes a lot of time and care ensuring your photography experience is excellent. Time spent in conversations with the Client, organising photoshoot, booking makeup artist, finding the idea, dress, props, location, hence booking deposit is non-refundable when the process of organisation has started.
In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Karolina Ferbei Photography from shooting on a scheduled date a new date will be scheduled.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once delivered, cannot be returned; Karolina Ferbei Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the Client booked the photoshoot, all third parties (MUA, dress hire) were booked, the Client selected and paid for the photographs and then Photographer sent the Client the selected photographs) it is then considered non-refundable. If the Client has selected and purchased an incorrect photo, he/she must notify the Photographer, 24h after the order was placed.

No refund will be given under any circumstances if the Client fails to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made. To avoid dissapointments, the Client should give at least 24h notice
 before the booking time if the Client is not able to attend due to personal reasons, then session will be rescheduled to the next available date.

The Photographer presents the portfolio to the Client via website or social media pages to get familiar with Photographer's work and know what to expect. The results may vary due to different weather conditions or outfits chosen by the Client. The Client is expected to follow advice of the Photographer and cooperate during the session to achieve the best results. Refunds will not be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect photo after the Client has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If an incorrect photo is sent to the Client by mistake of the Photographer, the Photographer will send the correct photo to the Client free of charge.
